What we collect

Your sign-in platform (X or Facebook), that platform’s user id, display name, username / handle, email if the platform shares it, and avatar URL
A session cookie (fomo_sid, HttpOnly) so you stay signed in
Art files you upload, plus print and preview copies we generate
Saved designs tied to your account, plus a browser copy
A record that you accepted the current Terms version, with time and IP
Server logs (IP, user agent, URL) for security and rate limits

We do not store your X or Facebook password. We do not keep access tokens after login. We do not post to X or Facebook for you. We do not sell your files. The ready-made shop on www is Shopify; their privacy policy applies there. X’s and Facebook’s own privacy policies cover their sign-in screens.

Where it lives

Uploads are stored on a private volume attached to our US server (/mnt/vfs), not in git. Previews may be served at /media/art/… so the studio can show them. Anyone with the unguessable URL can fetch that file — treat uploads as sensitive and do not upload IDs or private photos you would not want on a shirt.

How long

We keep files as long as needed to run the studio, finish an order, or handle a dispute or legal request. We may delete unused uploads. We delete or disable files that fail the IP rules or that a valid DMCA notice covers.

Rights

Email thedogebird@gmail.com to ask what we have, or to ask us to delete an upload we can identify. We may keep what the law requires. Texas residents and others may have additional rights under applicable law.
