Put “Copyright Agent / FOMOClothes” on the envelope. Email is fastest; the phone is the public agent number used for the Copyright Office listing. The Office filing is a separate $6 designation (renew at least every 3 years). This page is not the filing.

What a notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), a notice needs at least:

your physical or electronic signature;
what work is claimed to be infringed;
the exact URL or file on fomoclothes.com (or enough detail for us to find it);
your name, address, phone, and email;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

We may ignore incomplete notices. We will remove or disable access to material when a valid notice arrives, and we will try to tell the uploader if we have a way to reach them.

Counter-notice

If your file was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone; and consent to Texas federal court jurisdiction (or, if outside the US, any district where FOMOClothes may be found), plus that you will accept service from the complainant. If the complainant does not sue within the statutory window, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe. We may terminate sooner for a single obvious case.

Register the agent

Safe-harbor protection also requires registering this agent at the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA directory and renewing it. That filing is done by the operator, not by this web page existing.
